The workouts are divided by age category. The aim is to have everyone train at least twice a week.

Matches
Like all other sports, you have home and away games. We, as Futen, always play our home games on Sunday afternoon/evening from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. With the starting point that the youth teams play first and the senior teams after that. The away games are usually (depending on the other clubs) played on Saturdays.
