June 15, 2024 marks the 85th anniversary of our swimming club. A special moment that we want to celebrate together with you!
The anniversary committee has put together a varied program for young and old for this festive weekend. All active members, but also former members, are invited to this event. In addition to the festivities for members and former members, we will also go swimming for charity during this weekend.
Namely bringing G swimming to the attention. At De Futen we strive for Lifelong Swimming. This also means being able to facilitate swimmers with disabilities.
This is of course not specific to our Grebe environment. We will therefore open part of the program to external participants during this weekend to swim laps together, with the aim of covering a total of 85 kilometers. On Sunday morning, June 16, we will announce the total proceeds and hand them over to the representative of the charity.
